Return, Gift Card & Discount Policies
No Hassle Returns
No Hassle Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, package and return it to us within 30 days for merchandise exchange or in-store credit. All we ask is you include a copy of the receipt, packaging slip or invoice with the returned item as well as brief note explaining the reason for the return. In the note, please include your name, phone number, shipping address and e-mail as well. It's that simple.
All returned items MUST be in brand new condition. If items have been worn or used, this will void the returnability of that particular item.

ROD & REEL RETURNS
As long as the rod has only been cast on a maintained grass lawn, you're welcome to ship the rod back to us and we will find you the right stick. We are not able to accept returned rods that have dirty corks or been fished. We carry the same policy for reels.
If you have us spool your reel with line and/or backing and you want to return the reel, you will be charged for the full retail price of the fly line as well as a charge for the backing and rigging of the reel which will be a minimum charge of $25 plus the additional cost of the backing.
WADERS & BOOTS
When your waders or boots arrive, try them on inside. Make sure they fit and are comfortable before wearing them outside. If for any reason the fit is not right, ship them back to us and we will find you the right size fit. We are unable to accept returned waders or boots that have been worn outside or used.

Gift Cards
Swede's has custom gift cards available for any denomination. Just give us a call at (509) 323-0500 and we'll even mail the gift card to it's final destination. The purchase of a gift card is not subject to tax, as tax will be applied to the transaction at the time the gift card is redeemed. Temporarily, gift cards may only be redeemed against in-store purchases.
Discounts
Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for free shipping and are non transferable. Only one discount or promotion per purchase per person (cannot combine multiple discounts or promotions).
