Please understand that if your purchase includes "ONLINE ONLY" items from multiple manufacturers, shipping times may be affected. In such an event, we'll be sure to contact you and keep you informed.

Domestic Shipping
Delivery time for UPS Ground takes 2-6 business days while the US Postal Service takes 3-8 business days.

International Shipping
Orders under $250 have 3 different USPS shipping options:
USPS Priority Mail is the most popular method of shipping for clients that require a real-time tracking number. The minimum cost of this method is $27. We highly suggest this shipping method to those customers who want to receive their package within 6-12 business days and also require a real-time tracking number.
USPS Express Mail is the fastest shipping method available to our international customers. Packages will arrive within 3-4 business days. Many times this shipping method is only slightly more expensive than Priority Mail. This method also includes a real-time tracking feature.
Tracking Information
Once a package leaves the United States, the postal service of its destination becomes responsible to update real time tracking information, which in some cases can mean real time tracking will update slower. However, in almost all cases, the package is still en route to its destination.

Items will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS depending on the area, size of the item and cost. Delivery time can vary from 1-6 weeks.

We are not able to extend free shipping on sale or discounted items.

This option is available. Please contact us if you wish to have your item shipped as fast as possible. We will let you know the additional shipping costs and whether we think this is a good option for you. Many times, the item will only arrive 1 or 2 days faster.
