Spokane Fly Fishers
Founded in 1977, SFF provides a fly fishing club for families. In addition to providing family-oriented activities, SFF works to help people new to the area or to fly fishing, in gaining the greatest possible appreciation and enjoyment of the sport.

Spokane Falls Trout Ulimited
The Spokane Falls Chapter of Trout Unlimited (SFTU) is a grass roots organization responding directly to the concerns of cleaning up, restoring and protecting the watershed in the greater Spokane area. We organize education and environmental projects on the Spokane River, Hangman Creek and their tributaries. Some of the activities we conduct are Trout In the Classroom (TIC), tree planting and habitat restoration in riparian areas, land agreements, river access, river clean-up and supporting legislation that makes sense.

The Upper Columbia and Spokane river systems were once famous as the home waters of large anadromous fish. Today our goal is to restore and improve the fishery in these systems and protect the wild rainbow trout known as “Redbands” or “Redsides”.

There is always a lot of work to do to make this a reality but with your help we can make the rivers in our region great again. Please join us. Come to a chapter meeting and meet some of the folks who, like you, want to do something positive and protect your water ways. Please see our Hot Sheet and facebook pages for the latest news and information regarding our region. Donations are gladly accepted.
