SwedesFlyShop is a tiny family-run company from Dearborn, Michigan, that builds Scandinavia trips the way we always wished someone would: no fluff, no 50-person coaches, no “optional” extras that cost half the tour price. Just really good trips to really good places.

How It Started

It began with one stubborn Swede (our co-founder Lina) dragging her American husband (Mark) to Lapland in 2017 “just to see the lights once.” One ice hotel night, one husky ride, and zero sleep later, they were both hooked. Instead of shutting up about it like normal people, they decided to drag the rest of the country along. The first tour had 6 guests. Now we still keep it under 14, because bigger than that and it stops feeling like an adventure with friends.
